I've seen online that people has managed to downgrade the galaxy s22 from one ui 8 to one ui 7 or 6, i wanted to ask, how doable is this? And is it safe?

I have a Galaxy S22, and recently it has gotten extremely slow and unresponsive (of course, the weather has gotten a little warm), but this phone just became impossible to work with. How do you guys speed it up?

Yesterday, i wanted to wipe cache partition, to my surprise, the recovery options now only have factory reset and reboot system, im on one ui 8 and i had these before, now they are all gone.

PS: im on snapdragon and i had these before
