Do you think this will be good quality for the price point?

Ive read great things about House of Sylas, and the photos on his site are amazing. I'm going to put it in an old heirloom gem which currently has a scratched stone. Would love any thoughts. 3rd photo is an AI render of what it might look like.

Edit: I like his other rectangular cuts (esp. the fireworks cut) but they don't come in 10x8 mm which it has to be for the setting...

• Item Details: Lab diamond, 3.49, Emerald Cut. 9.9x7.35mm, Fancy Intense Green but is pretty unusual almost mint/olive color
• Condition of the Item: Brand new. I bought this because it almost perfectly matched the color of the old stone from my heirloom ring. Dimensions are 9.9x7.35mm which a jeweler said could work. But then when I brought it in the shop said the stone is too narrow and they'd have to cut the ring down to get it to fit, which would destroy some of the design on the side 😭
