Trying to submit request to USCIS on my case update!!!

Been 60 days now and I haven’t received any update on my NOID case! I was trying to submit a request but a little confused here!
Can someone please assist?
I do not fall in any of first 4 options,
There are no mistakes made in my case(yet).

What’s the safest option to select?
Or am i doing something wrong?

Struggling with dark underarms for years now

I have pcos and i have been struggling with dark underarms for years now, it maybe hormonal or maybe not! Idk. I used hair removal cream when i was a teenager a few times, i have been waxing them for years now. I tried kojic acid, glycolic avid, niacinamide but nothing helps much. Also I have a thinner skin texture.
Please suggest products based on your experience. Please share if you have had a similar experience and what did you do about it that helped?
