How to know when to do a lateral change or stay?

I’m about to hit my 2 year mark at my employer & interviewing with two different employers. But I don’t know if it’s the right move.

Current employer:
-6 figures
-wfh 3x a week (due to ada accommodations)
-hours 6am-2pm
-30 min commute
-love working in the finance industry as an analyst
-only negative: passive aggressive manager

FYI: I’m 27F, hold my MBA, going back to school in a few months for my MS in accounting. I want to take my CPA afterwards.

I originally started applied to new positions because

  1. I was angry/annoyed with my Manager
  2. I’ve hit a plateau with my position
  3. There’s no career advancement unless corporate creates one.

The two new positions I’m a bit hesitant due to:

  1. Lower salary by $30k
  2. Not my ideal finance position as an analyst

So, any advice would be helpful form the older generation!

Time to take lexapro

I take my 10mg of lexapro at 7pm every night because it makes me fall asleep asap. (I also wake up at 4am, so my body is probably just tired as well)

But I’m curious, what time does everyone take it? Does it cause others to doze off as well?

My PCP told me most people take it in the morning, I tried that once but I fell asleep at work. So I only take it at night. Btw I’m (27F)
