((Imma be real: I don’t know much about Starburst. I’m probably gonna be doing another brain damage arc to explain away personality inconsistencies until I can do more research))

BOW DOWN AND FEAR ME!!!

((Reddit, the following text is Role play))

((Readers, the narration is from the perspective of Infinite!Silver))

I woke up, my head aching from the bright light. Where was I? Some kind of… lab? I was in the void not too long ago…

Galahad: You.

Inf!Silver: … Ugh, what is going on… didn’t I-

The knight stood there wearing a blindfold and borrowed clothes, his armor not far from where he stood. He swiftly drew his blade as soon as I started speaking, holding it to my neck.

Galahad: Give me one reason not to slay you right here, right now, you foul sorcerer.

I couldn’t bring myself to care in the warm air of the lab. They won, they were stronger, it won’t matter. When I spoke, I snapped at him with an anger I didn’t have- What?

Inf!Silver: And why should I care!? I lost, you won! None of it matters anymore, so just do whatever.

As I begin to question my own tone, the room became warmer, and my thoughts became more discordant. The knight snaps back:

Galahad: doesn’t matter? DOESN’T MATTER!? YOU WERE THE ROTTEN SCOUNDREL WHO AFFLICTED ME WITH THIS CURSE, AND YOU SAY IT DOESN’T MATTER!?

Running on instinct, I try to push him back with my telekinesis, but I can’t manage to focus it enough to have any effect.

Galahad: ALREADY DID I CURSE THE ROUNDTABLE WITH MY ALLEGIANCE, A MONSTER WHO FAILS TO KEEP HIS WORD! NOW I AM AFFLICTED BY A DAEMON’S POSSESSION, CURSING ME WITH AN AVATAR OF MADNESS! LOOK AT WHAT YOU HATH MADE ME INTO!

He torn off his blindfold and stared directly into me, the white of his eyes now a blazing red and yellow glowing like a roaring inferno, although quickly it was replaced with actual flame emerging from his eyes.

It hurt to look at him, like I was staring into madness itself. Granted, that’s exactly what I was staring at: The Frenzied Flame that I inflicted upon him to try and remove him from the war I lost.

Galahad: LOOK AT ME NOW AS I FULFILL MY DUTY WRETCH!

Beyond my madness I could hear something boil and smell smoke appear from thin air. It doesn’t take much sanity before I realize what’s going on, but the madness of the flame prevented me from focusing my power.

Inf!Silver: STOP! The flame affects the mind, soul, and body, and you’re letting it melt everything by using your telekinetic power!

He wasn’t listening, of course he wouldn’t. He’s a host of the flame now. I don’t know why, call it instinct, but I used what little fortitude I had left to push into his mind and let the madness loop in on itself, forcing the both of us to fall unconscious.

As my awareness began to fade, I could feel the room cool down.

So the last arc brought something to mind: There might be too many Phantom Rubies.

However before the mod team can start talking about how bad the situation is, first I'd like to figure out just how many Phantom Rubies there are.

Down in the comments, list your username (seems redundant, but please do anyways), how many phantom rubies you have, which characters of yours have them & why. I'll provide an example in the pinned comment.

This just in: Archie Metal and the rest of his Metal Empire was just decimated by Godfield and his Neo form seemingly removed and turned into a rod of some kind.

((I was feeling bad about making Archie Metal unintentionally overpowered at all, so I decided to just skip past waiting for Metal_Overlord_2003 beating his ass and permanently remove his Neo form))

((In addition, i also decided to remove the Metal Empire (which is just Archie Eggmans empire while Archie Metal was in control) from the equation since I feel like it was my fault so many non-Eggman/Sonic related factions have been appearing recently))

Something is off about her, as if she's walking around like a husk of herself in spite of the cheery and energetic attitude that she's portraying.

On the plus side, the muffins she's carrying appear to be warm and fresh.

Silver the Hedgehog & Ayatan the Tenno have defeated Infinite the Hedgehog (AKA Infinite!Silver)

As per my last poll on r/AskEggmanEmpireRP, I'm probably gonna do a redemption arc with him after this, but for now we celebrate as Team Infinite loses another Phantom Ruby!

And as for what happens to Infinite!Silver's ruby? It disappeared while in the Void, so you'll just have to wait and see...
