Line fell in my yard
We called the customer service line to report a Comcast line that fell down into our yard and across our deck during a storm. The agent said we would soon receive a call from a tech, but we never received a call back. This is likely because it was an old line and we are not customers.
I can’t get through on the website without a log in, and there seems to be no way to contact Comcast without being a paying customer.
