Half way through a Yeard

I already had the goatee when I started, so I’m not sure exactly where to start the clock. I have only trimmed twice and both were to let the sides catch up to the chin and to figure out the shape I wanted to go with. I have trimmed the sides as it was flaring out a lot and making my face look even rounder than I like (I have a round face and bald head). No real product in it today outside of my homemade beard oil. The mustache is starting to handlebar with out wax now. I’m pretty happy with it and I’m looking forward to what another 6 months will do.

Escalation Tokens Explained?

The token system is completely broken and about to get worse with Escalation caches. Why does the host of a Tier 10 escalation only get their tokens back plus 7 when the rest of the team gets 25? Why aren’t all agents being asked to put in tokens to play the level? This game is clearly modeled after Diablo 3 and all players have to spend keys to activate a GR run. It makes absolutely no sense.

And now that I spent tokens can be used to purchase caches, it completely deincentivizes people hosting. If you want to run an escalation, you should have to put in your fair amount and you should get a fair ROI. It would solve so many problems. I just don’t understand the logic to only have the host lose tokens and get an unfair reward for the risk. What am I missing here? I’m happy to adjust my thinking but my drop rates seem the same and I can’t come up with an advantage to hosting other than I get to pick the mission.
