Trying to grow past my previous PR by hitting 6 months…but am at the awkward stage where the beard starts to twirl and curl in every which direction, gah!!

22, just turned 23 and shaved. I promised myself I’d grow my beard out again. Spizoiky is my idol

It's hard to fit this entire thing into frame. Looking for advice on what I should do next with it. I've been growing out the sides to try to get a bushier look.

What do you guys with longer beards do to keep your beard under control and safe while working out? Ties, braids, etc.

Getting tangled in a machine is a concern.

This the shortest my beards been since 13 or 14 years ago lol. also i made the before a bit dramatic for transformation purposes. Usually I style it into shape

I've seen a handful of beards here in China, only on tourists and the occasional youth. Surely eating with chopsticks means my beard snacks too. Have a nice day folks!

I’ve been posting some time over here. I like the content, the banter between bearded guys and their admirers. I also try to be active in sharing my knowledge (for what it is worth). Today I decided to take a screenshot from my phone library, just one selfie each month, to capture the progress over a year when growing out a beard. Hope you all enjoy.

Mind you, this isn’t the journey to a yeard. I’ve been bearded for close to 20 years, just decided somewhere last year to grow it out.
