Played in this tournament the last four years now. Managed to win the first year I played but the last two didn’t go well.

This year I came more prepared mentally and physically. Down 20lbs and trained harder. I wasn’t nearly as tired or gasping for my water bottle mid games. We lost the first game in a close 3-2 battle.

We then got better chemistry and won the next 3 games to make it to the finals. Playing against the only team that beat us. Game was close and regulation ended in 2-2. Approx 3 min into OT I pulled off a big save and an even bigger one on the rebound. Resulting in our team breaking out and scoring the game winning goal. Felt so damn good to pull that off!

Already 30°C at 9am meant I had to keep my ride shorter than usual. I also noticed my gears weren’t shifting properly. Need to figure out what the issue is shifting down to easier gears. Fully charged the Di2 after the ride and it will still only shift two gears. Will do small to big cog no issue though.

Any suggestions?

So as some of you know I work in sports apparel. I do jerseys for teams all over Canada. But I recently got into doing hats and hoodies and other regular apparel myself.

I love doing hats. I love being able to customize something fun for teams and make stuff that embroidery machines can’t always complete. I also love being able to get them done in less than a week to people. I also don’t require minimum which is nice.

My questions here are:

1. How many of you wear matching hats for your team? If not do you have a generic hat(s) you use when paying for any team?

2. How do you feel about Heat pressed logos vs Embroidered logos?

3. Would you wear a hat with a logo that is specific to a Facebook group dedicated to softball? (www.KWSLOPITCH.com redirects to my page)

Seriously struggled to find this model/ year of bike in my size for over a year now. Every time one pops up it sells fast or is priced way too high and seller won’t budge.

Realizing that I need to just suck it up and spend a little more but now I cannot find anything in size. Located in Ontario Canada. Shipping from the USA sadly wouldn’t be an option because of tariffs and import fees/ duty.

First time working in this town in a while and was craving it for months. Does not disappoint. Fries are perfect, gravy is amazing flavour and consistency and the curds are plentiful and squeaky.

Also don’t judge my hot dog toppings. Their spicy mayo is amazing with relish and pickles. I do like standard dog but I love it this way. All this for $16 after tax (drink included)

Went to pro hockey life for something else they didn’t have and left with this steal on a stick. I have HZRDUS model I love and wanted a second but they sold out. Not bad sale price. Also had $15 in CT money saved up so it was like $106 after tax.

First really warm day of the year here. Had to go for a nice long walk with my doggo

I’m mostly play first base, but I occasionally play outfield as well. My first of the four gloves here is the bottom left which is my custom 44 Pro 13.5 inch outfield glove. I’ve had that for probably four years now and it’s nice and broken in.

My second glove here would be the top left, which is my Miken Supersoft first base glove. I got this as a replacement after somebody stole my Easton Salvo trapper. I had it custom relaxed by a friend as the laces were originally all white.

Last year I picked up the Wilson A2000 in the top right as a got it for a great deal in a trade. I haven’t used it very much as the thing has taken a while to break in.

Last but not least is the bottom right which is my custom 44 pro first base glove. I really like this glove, but it’s taking me longer to break in than I expected. I need to spend more time working on it because it’s far from getting ready.

My winter team folded so I’ve been off for over a month. Probably closer to two. Got asked to sub in for a new team today. Didn’t get the W but got some photos taken from a friend.

Seriously love this Passau setup for ball hockey. Also my mask isn’t done yet but I did what I could so I didn’t have a white mask for today’s game.

Some days I still can’t believe he’s mine. I still can’t believe how good he is. How funny and silly he can Be. In a month he will be two.
