I just come back to play Albion lately, and I found I didn’t receive my guild season challenge reward,I was in the rank one guild back in season 21, but I did not be online at last day, so I never claimed my direwolf skin and avatar frame, I tried to write a note to client service,They told me I have to own premium to claim rewards, is that true? I don’t remember there is such rules before,but it has been two and half years so I am not so sure either,Can anyone confirm it for me plz?

Unfortunately, our records show that your character did not have premium at the end of the season which would disqualify your character from claiming the end of season rewards.
We understand that this is not the answer you wished to hear, but we cannot make exceptions to players.
