I feel like lately I come here and I hear same conversations. Hating on gankers, beginner builds and how to earn silver specifically without doing math.

I feel like we could have meaningful good conversations about the game but it is cancelled before people cannot explore game by their own and want quick answers

It pisses me off also because I loved the exploration of the game the most. Finding out how to make silver, experimenting with builds and finding out what is best.

When community discuss how to make silver, for example crafting robes of purity, everyone will do it and this method crashes. And I am tired of going to this Reddit answer what is the best build for beginner and leave.

I can imagine that without this questions we could discuss Lore we are getting this event, experiment with off meta builds, share our experiences etc.

So please explore game by your own, it’s the most fun part. Find your own way of getting silver, your favourite build and let’s get deeper discussions

I don't know much about this game yet, except that if I like healing and pvp this game shouldn't disappoint me.

Can I make it as a healer right from the beginning? What content would be the best to do from low lvl?

Got some other general questions too for a healer, I just don't wanna make an other thread for it so just gonna ask them here:

1. Do I need any addons for healing (like in wow)?

2. Do I need macros for healing?

3. Are there keybinds that target party members? (only in group of five)

4. How do I heal a bigger raid? Do mouseover heals work?

I urge all newer players looking to fame up and make silver to focus on playing Red Zone factions. The amount of fame and silver one can make just following the blob doing camps, getting into fights and doing sieges is insane and such low effort/convenient that any other content really pales in comparison. Red Zone provides cheap teleports and constant action without having to spend hours searching the BZ/mists or getting rolled by guilds in their zones. BZ is a complete waste of time for the majority of inexperienced solo players. Just for reference playing solo Red Zone just following blobs for a month, no premium, no econ of any type, if you play smart running 4.1/4.2 sets and R back after getting 500k-1M loot to bank it you could make over 1000-1500 T8 tomes after transmuting all the tomes from camps and faction chests at Artifact Foundry and 100-300M silver from camp chests and fights if you learn to loot quickly. All this. Just for reference, 1190 T8 tomes will get a single weapon to 700 and one armor tree to 900 with fame credits left over. While out there you're learning about small and large scale pvp, trying out various builds, learning about the fight or flight unorganized group dynamics, learning to dodge gank or bombs at camps, ratting gank groups, so many fun activities.

I am sure this will deter more people from ganking with it..... wtf do you think??? And what a nice buff to war bows, no more penalty for bejng up close and also now the damage went up by almost 40%.

Hi, I just want to say that my CTA spending came from those large group dungeons and I could buy sets without having to worry about regears.

But after this nerf, I am having a hard time in having 15 mil silver everyday for CTA. And I am relying on regears which keeps getting delayed and now I am out of silver.

How should I earn silver so I can start funding my CTA, I can not do HCE, WB, Large group dungeon now.

I've been playing Albion Online for about three months, almost exclusively in solo content (mostly Mists), and I wanted to share my thoughts on the latest balance changes.

The Infernal Shield nerf feels like a lazy solution. Instead of simply nerfing the only competitive option, I think it would've been much better to buff the weaker alternatives so players actually have meaningful choices. Right now, it feels like we're losing options instead of gaining build diversity.

The biggest disappointment for me, though, is the Hammer Q nerf.

That Q was never overpowered. It was strong in PvE, sure, but in PvP it was far from guaranteed damage. Experienced players in the Mists predict it all the time because it doesn't deal damage in a full 360° area. Dagger players, for example, can simply dash backwards—or even through you—to avoid it completely. On top of that, it was already easy to counter with Hunter Hood, knockbacks, stuns, or other defensive tools.

Because of that, this nerf feels completely unnecessary.

What makes it even worse is that we're being compensated with a buff to the first W ability, which, honestly, I don't see many people using. One of the biggest strengths of Hammers, especially in solo PvP, is their mobility, and most of that mobility comes from the other W abilities. Trading a meaningful Q for a buff to a rarely used W just feels like a bad exchange.

On the positive side, I really liked the War Bow changes. I actually main War Bow, so I'm happy to see it getting some attention. I especially like that its damage is now consistent regardless of distance.

That said, I honestly think the rest of the buffs are too much. Even as a War Bow main, I think they went a bit overboard.

Overall, I feel like this patch solves some problems by simply nerfing popular options instead of making underused ones more attractive. I'd much rather see more viable choices than fewer.

Im totally noob on Albion and PvP MMOs, going first focus on gathering and skilling - what else I should to know? I want to get hooked up :)
