35 male concerned. Starting having symptoms about a month ago and google make my anxiety through the roof and always thinking about what it is.

Started to have twitches mostly in feet both feet’s, sometimes it’s like a heartbeat sometimes vibrates in leg and thigh and makes hair move in leg , sometimes in nipples or arm or buttocks randomly but mostly in leg and feet and thigh.

Little bit of myself :

I drink coffee everyday , heavy vape smoker daily for path years but haven’t had symptoms of twitching until recently so it can’t be vape related right?

I don’t sleep much maybe 3-5 hours day
