Chance me

Chance me for Princeton SCEA / Brown ED / Dartmouth ED?

Class 11: 97% (Valedictorian / #1 Rank)

Class 12: 95% pre-board (HSC, final pending)

SAT: TBD (preparing)

ECs:

Cultural Head: 2nd highest leadership position at 1000+ student school; managed events with 1000+ audience.

Exoplanet Research: Independent research guided by university professor studying provided papers & research topics.

Questions:

How competitive is this profile for Princeton SCEA, Brown ED, and Dartmouth ED with full aid?

How bad is the Class 9 77% given my 97% upward trend in Class 11?

Does independent exoplanet research carry weight without a national award/paper?

How much does a Tier-4 city context matter in review?

Which early option makes the most strategic sense?

What are my biggest weaknesses and what should I improve before applying?

Application plans:

  • Brown ED
  • Dartmouth ED

Financial aid is extremely important for me; I would only be able to attend if the financial aid package makes it realistically affordable.

Questions:

  1. How competitive does this profile look for Princeton/Brown/Dartmouth?
  2. How much does the 77% in Class 9 hurt given the strong upward trend?
  3. How meaningful is being Class 11 Valedictorian?
  4. Does the astronomy/exoplanet work have significant value without a national/international award?
  5. How much does the limited-opportunity/tier 4 city context matter?
  6. Which of Princeton SCEA / Brown ED / Dartmouth ED would you choose?
  7. What are the biggest weaknesses in this profile?
  8. What should I realistically try to improve before applications?

Please be brutally honest — I'm looking for actual criticism rather than reassurance.

What should i do

Hi guys I have 3.7 gpa in grade 10 and am targeting a 3.8-3.9 gpa in grade 12. I still have 7 months for my final exams. I have been the cultural head of my school in grade 10, which was the 2nd highest rank in student council out of 1000 students. I have some computer science and astronomy projects. I am bit worried that I don't have any national or international-level achievements, and also I haven't taken any AP's or SATs till date. I will give my DET in few months. What should i do if anybody could help me
