Hi everyone. Some of you saw the Mario Kart WiiCompiled 3DS "testers wanted" post recently. The creator has since taken down the original download, but I had grabbed a copy of the CIA builder beforehand, so I'm resharing it here for anyone who wants to try it.

What it does: it takes your own clean USA dump of Mario Kart Wii (RMCE01, ISO or WBFS) and builds an installable .cia for 3DS. You must provide your own dump — no game files are included.

Quick notes (from the included docs):

• Old 3DS/2DS: ~30 FPS target; New 3DS/2DS: ~60 FPS (30 with 3D enabled)
• Run DSP1 on your console once to get working audio
• Early experimental build — expect bugs
