Hi, I'm an out of province student. My lease is until end of August, which I was going to stay for the whole time. However, some family issues happened, and I have to go back home and take a gap year. As such, I'm trying to find someone to takeover my place as soon as possible, and it's fine if you want to move in around September or other months too. My rent is currently $850 all in and I'm close by the school as well as groceries and other amenities (but you can negotiate with my landlord). I get groceries trip with my landlord around once or twice a month, and there are spare guest room for parents and friends visits.
