For older individuals who have had success with Yasmin, what does treatment look like long term? Is anyone currently in this phase? I am in my mid 30s and I know perimenopause and menopause will be here sooner than later. I am just interested to know what it has looked like for you? Thank you!

Anyone else notice symptoms better when they lift heavy? I do better when I lift but the issue is getting enough energy and not feeling so low to get to the lifting part. Any tips and tricks that you’ve done that help you get there?
