does it really get better?
I'm planning to seek help. I've been struggling for 3 years now since my mom passed away. Ever since pinaplano ko nang magpa-consult but I ended up running away kasi feel ko lost cause na 'ko. Kaso lately, it's getting harder to cope. Nahihirapan na 'kong matulog, kumain, and I even ghosted my friends. Naabala na daily routine ko, and I'm a working student, so it was really hard. I don't even have the privilege to mope around. So nagpa-sched na 'ko ng appointment tomorrow. Hopefully, I won't run away this time. Please someone convince me na this will help me get better.
