I didn't apply for it during registration cause i thought there's no reservation but now I'm seeing it has one hour extra time i want to avail can i?

I was waiting to buy a ps5 disc edition but it's not available anywhere I got a msg from a shop today they are saying they have ps5 digital for 50k should I buy it? Or wait for disc
