So I've recently been trying to learn Freja and her kit after Playing Sojourn, But I am starting to realize that I have a problem of dying a lot as her (Which I think is because of my positioning)

But I can't really pinpoint the problem that's keeping me from improving.

Junkertown: R4ZMTF (Nametag: Runder) I play on PC

I am currently on Silver 2

The only thing that i can spot is how I use my updraft too much, but if that's the case, then when and how do i use it correctly?
