Thought about Korean cards

Hey guys, beginner here. I would like to ask about your thoughts in korean cards. Someone I knew recommended me to start collecting korean first as a starting because its much cheaper, how about you guys?

Also, can you give me some tips about collecting pokemon cards. TIA
