My store has a group chat which is mainly used for sending pictures of what was messed up when my SM comes in to open, she sends a bunch of pictures and basically scolds the closers. Is this something that's allowed?
I'm a merch manager, fairly new to five below in general (joined 3 months ago) and was promoted to merchandise manager last month. I want to better understand the weekly adjustments and the replace function for adjusting inventory because I haven't done it yet. If anyone could tell me their process I'd really appreciate it!
Has any one else had the closing report ask for an amount from the ACOs that doesn't match what they actually gave you? For the last 2 nights when I closed I've been having this issue, and it's not a small amount either I'm talking thousands of dollars in difference between what it's asking to be deposited compared to what the ACO actually gave me. I've already called IT and submitted AIM reports but wanted to see if anyone has had this experience and can tell me how it was resolved. I'm scared that the company might see this discrepancy and think I'm somehow to blame even though I've reported everything that's happened and let my SM know each time.
