UPDATE: "Comment ban due to spam/rep farming. Calling me Slurs would be less insulting." ISSUE RESOVLED.

I am unsure if this should need a second post, so please remove it if it violates any rules I am not seeing here.

To those who found my post from yesterday, the issue has been resolved. Some of you have rightfully pointed out I was too heated and that I should approach this with a more calm and collected manner. Unfortunately, I had already sent an indignant reply by then. I have also raised a separate ticket later on with what I hope is a more measured reply.

Thankfully, Moderator John(is it against the rules to name the Moderator?) was understanding enough to ignore my outburst and hostility here and on the support ticket reply. Additionally, there weren't aware of my communication with the other joke maker to stop this joke in bad faith. I am still not sure how I thought they can read DMs, that is my fault. As of now, the issue has been cleared and the ban was lifted. I had also changed the original post to reflect that.

If you guys want to take anything from this ordeal, please, PLEASE inform the person you are about to report that what they are doing is wrong. In my case, the community was actively spurring the joke on and I wasn't aware some were put-off by the joke. The comment the reporting user posted(on RR chapter) was the first strong kickback I got on this 2 week new joke. What could easily be someone playing leisurely jokes and can be similarly stopped with simple message(on comment/personal message) shouldn't need reporting and months long bans.

Big Tits Club. Damn.(spoilers ahead)

I saw some post on this subreddit whose top comment recommended two stories: Big Tits Club and The OnlyFans Girl. Both are on LitErotica. Spoilers for Big Tits Club.

I dropped OF girl when I found myself skipping the sex and romance parts to get to the office drama. Then, I started Big Tits Club. By the gods above and devils below, I now understand why some are specific about >! girls not leaving harems!< in this genre.

>!Because what do you mean they can grow apart after all the stuff they did? These people had more hyper-romantic and extremely intimate scenes than actual happily forever married couples I read anywhere elsewhere. Is this a fraction of what it feels like to go through breakup? All that intimacy, all the romance, all those promises and deepest bonds, I can't fathom how some will decide this still isn't it. !<Like how? I didn't even know I could be this hurt.

I should have read this book a decade later, not now with no experiences at all. It feels like going mad with eldritch knowledge, unfathomable and incomprehensible. Author did a damn good job of making a harem that makes most others look like horny teenager dreams, despite this being a freaking story on horny teenagers. I don't even know how I will recover from this series, I don't have the mental strength to ever continue this series at all.

Btw, any recommendations if it helps? I don't know if there are stories that can help with this even lmao.

Comment ban due to spam/rep farming. Calling me slurs would be less insulting.

MAJOR UPDATE: THIS WAS AN EMOTIONAL OUTBURST FROM A MISUNDERSTANDING. ROYALROAD STAFF HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDING AND RESOLVED THIS ISSUE ONCE THE TICKET WAS RAISED. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING REPLIES. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

I am not even sure if the mods will let this stay nor if this won't be downvote bombed.

I have been commenting on a story on RR from its late B1 till now, some B6 or B7. This is the only story with release schedule feasible for me to get first page. And every comment, I have been either theory crafting or praising the writing. The first page changed so many times but I was so constant and predictable I was made part of a sandwich joke.

Nothing offensive, I just played it off but still kept theorycrafting because I like the story more. Mind you, most of the time I wasn't doing the sandwiching, I have one comment and I would be theorycrafting on that as usual. For any long term reader, I should be pretty familiar.

But someone was incensed they couldn't get first page due to this joke. This joke is new, like 2-3 weeks and this is the first time I ever saw people disliking it. I apologized in comments after realizing and had asked the other person to stop with this joke. That was today afternoon.

Come today night, I got a comment ban. For 2 months at minimum. Because

>I have opened this ticket to inform you that your access to commenting has been removed due to your repeated violation of our policies and guidelines related to comments, namely spam and rep farming.

SPAM? REP FARMING? TAKE A CHAPTER OF YOUR FUCKING CHOICE AND SHOW ME IF I AM NOT INTERACTING IN GOOD FAITH.

This is the one story I ever made effort to always stay in first page. This is the one story where I put so much effort, sometimes an hour, to get a proper comment with right quotes and calculations out. EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME! And calling that spam is indescribably insulting. 2 months is enough time for the author to wrap this book up and get into the next one. They have been extremely consistent, so that's atleast 60 chapters for 2 months. Not to mention, every other story.

MY FUCKING QUESTION FOR STAFF IS, DO YOU GUYS NOT EVEN NOTICE? NO WARNINGS? Like, I got notified of this in comments and I moved to not do any longer. At this point, I am just depressed and angry on an indescribable level I don't even know what I want from this post. I just have to get this off my chest. So, I guess, thanks for listening to my rant.

EDIT: GUYS, it wasn't the author who reported me. Please don't assume that, they are very good and never overtly controlled their comment section even when there were some impatient people who couldn't wait for 3 days for the next plot reveal and bashed them on their intelligence. It was another commenter who couldn't get first page because they were late enough to miss it and the joke doers takes up 2 comments on first page.

Pessimist the Sophisticated Intellectual, Optimist the Gullible Airhead.

For as much as I love the system apocalypse stories and isekai reincarnations, I can't get over how many stories portray their MC as intelligent because they are pessimistic or simpleton because they are optimistic.

Intelligence isn't a bane, it doesn't make you see the truth and become a pessimist. Meanwhile, someone can be optimist only because they are oblivious to the present, inexperienced of the world and that when they finally grow up, they will see how stupid all that is. It really gives that "I am 14 and this is deep" vibes.

At that point, all I see is a world continuing that cycle of pain. They drip of that same condescension as "Back in days, we used to do X. Youngsters these days can't even do Y." or "Oh you think that is tough? You don't know anything yet.". Intelligence isn't just narcissism and cynicism. What you describe is a low IQ patronizing wastrel.

And then you have optimistic MCs who are always shown as foolish, blind or straight up naïve. And the story just constantly tests those of them, either retaining those traits or morphing them into pessimistic intellectual. Either is irritating. Someone can be academically intelligent, socially aware, politically perceptive and practically knowledgeable but still chose to be optimistic. Still chose to believe in the good of humanity and others, while staying cautious of backstabbing.

And for that matter, readers are a huge reason for this mess. I have seen so many readers bash on optimistic/heroic MCs for failing, slipping or taking the inefficient choice while many readers just accept pessimists as pragmatic, ruthless or world-wise.
