Bought a 2017 Sierra… Should I Be Worried About This Tick?

2017 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 with ~190k miles. Trying to figure out if this ticking noise sounds like:

normal injector/direct injection noise

exhaust manifold leak

AFM lifter tick/collapse

high pressure fuel pump

or something else

Noise speeds up with RPM and seems noticeable from both sides of the engine but seems more noticable underneath the engine by the transmission. The ticking also seems fast compared to a lot of videos where it's obvious the lifter is going out. No check engine light or major misfires. Included videos from:

engine bay

wheel well

underneath near transmission

I also noticed a higher-pitched whining noise coming from the engine bay that almost sounds like a vacuum leak or whining/hissing noise.

Previous owner claimed AFM was disabled but now I’m not sure what to believe honestly. Looking for opinions from people familiar with these GM 5.3s.
