This is a weird question but Im taking my 6 month old for a swim tomorrow but I have no idea how to tackle the post swim shower! Like where do i put him when I get changed? 😅

Holy hell!
Baby just turned 3 months and sleep has gone to shit.
He used to wake up once or twice a night for a feed and i was able to get a solid 4 or 5 hours of sleep. As of last week we are now waking up 6/7 times a night and im lucky to get more than a 1.5 hour block.
Has anyone gone through this? How did you manage? Not sure what to do!
He is breastfed with a pumped bottle being given at 5.30pm and we try to get him to sleep between 6.30 and 7.30. Partner also gets up to help with settling but were struggling!
