I have sensory issues and typically move a bit when trying to find a comfortable position before falling asleep but when I’m asleep I stay still but he has an issue with that. Since we’ve been dating though, he has had his female friends over and they have slept over and says he has no feelings towards them and only likes me romantically and treats me more special but has a problem sleeping in the same bed as me.

Shouldn’t he naturally want to have me in the same bed more often or have the urge to bond that way? I asked him, “but don’t you sleep with your friends?” He said “yeah? So what?” I’m confused. It kind of hurts.
