Never really grown (/been able to grow) a moustache. Its been fun growing out for a couple of months. But does it actually look any better? Got mixed reactions, not sure if it looks stupid or if it doesnt have the weight to pull it off.
I’m in Temagami and have six days to get back to Toronto.
I’m considering either a fairly desolate road trip north to Radisson/Chisasibi, or a loop via Hearst and Nipigon, then back along Lake Superior.
Has anyone done either route, in part or in full, who can give me a bit of flavour? I can’t quite tell whether the drive to Radisson is actually pretty bleak and monotonous, or beautiful in its own way despite obviously being less varied than the Superior route.
I've got three weeks in/out of Toronto from UK. I'm looking at 4 days in town to jetlag and hang out, then 2 weeks with a car/driving.
Are there any really good road trips out from Toronto that you would recommend. I'd love to see some big open spaces, and some water, lakes, sea, do plenty of swimming, hills and hikes if there are any hills around. Any really beautiful drives or destinations? I do like anywhere that grows or makes interesting products, wine, spirits, old factories.
I know its pretty broad but just trying to orient myself with some recommendations because its such a huge place!
