[help] What are these called?

Help. I have somewhat big hands and small fidgets. Having these would help me a lot (i think) but I simply cannot find info on these. Fidget lanyards? When I search under this term other stuff comes up. Paracord fidget? Also not right.

Should I make these? How? Is there a tutorial on yt of some sort?
