When im on the weed i never have a problem with swalloing air with my cpap. But whenever I quit and im sober i swallow air from my cpap and get bad stomach aches and gas. Ive been sober 8 months before and it never resolves so the weed must be helping in some way. Im 4 days sober
I have a bad relationship with cannabis and always quit and try to stay off. But the one good thing it does is stop me from swallowing air, giving me bad stomach aches and wind. When im sober i swallow air. I dont understand why
Anyone else deal with this?
I seem to have health anxiety which can be random depending on the situation. A ache in my stomach for example and ill start Googling and get myself worked up thinking the worst. I overthink a lot too.
This is only when im sober, even if ive been sober 8 months. Only when im high and smoking on a daily basis I never think about my health. If I have a problem it doesn't bother me and I dont over think.
I think this is one of the biggest reasons I tend to always go back to weed.
