Hey everyone, I am in desperate need of advice. My personal profile (Ascenvy Y) has been completely locked out for a month, and it is the sole admin of my monetized Digital Creator page (Ascenvy, 7.5k+ followers).

​Here is the exact technical nightmare I'm dealing with:

​The Trigger: I received an official email from Meta Security saying they detected unusual activity and logged me out to protect my account.

​The Broken Recovery Page: When I try to use the official recovery link provided in the email, the web page is completely broken and throws a "This page isn't available at the moment" server error.

​The Infinite Loop: When I try to log in via the mobile app or desktop, it says my password is wrong (even though I use a password manager and know it’s correct). When I click "Forgot Password," the system glitches and literally asks me to "Enter password to log in" as the only verification option. It is mathematically impossible to progress.

​I tried leaving the account completely alone for a week to let the security AI "cool down," but trying again today yielded the exact same broken loop.

​I used to have Meta Verified on Instagram and managed to get a support ticket open (currently talking to an agent who offered a phone call), but frontend support usually says their hands are tied by the system.

​Has anyone actually successfully bypassed this specific "forgot password loops back to password" bug? Is there a specific way to trigger a manual ID verification upload when the UI is this broken?

​Any advice or upvotes to get this seen by someone at Meta would mean the world. My livelihood is tied to this page. Thanks guys.
