I'm a newer esm and my sm told me to start disabling on someone for having attendance problems. We have talked to them several times and she told me it would be a write up. I started putting it in people central and as I was about to finish she told me just to have another conversation with them again. I closed out of everything and thought it didn't save. I just logged into people central and it's in the system as pending waiting for me to submit the form to the employee for review. Is there a way to remove it or am I gonna get a final from sm, dm and er?
