On my 7 year anniversary with Walgreens, an honest coincidence, I submitted my 2 week notice. Sycamore Partners bought Walgreens, it ain’t a secret. They really will hire anybody and slap a manager label on it. 7 years with Walgreens and I never became a senior technician after passing PTCB and becoming immunization certified. I learned Spanish (A1) and American Sign Language (A1) to converse more with patients and I even promoted vaccines, it was always never enough. I was retaliated against after a district manager physically harassed me. I received a final written warning with no prior disciplinary history for something that I did not do. I hated my experience in regard to my last 6 months of employment with Walgreens. Sycamore is setting a piss poor example of what a pharmacy should be and they’re loosing the main objective in regard to patient care. I was threatened by management at my last location for termination of job abandonment and breach of contract, as the two do not apply to me. Godspeed, Walgreens.

Asking as an IS lol

I bought a big bag of fun size halloween chocolate for the house, but my kids opened up some and they're all bloomed. They've visibly melted and then solidified again, the texture is bad. It's a 100 piece bag and they opened maybe 5, I don't know what the return policy is though. Maybe I can exchange it for something else, but idk if that will have melted/bloomed too.

When the photo manager is added to a store, does corporate give additional hours to the store, like 32 hours?

How long does it take you to count the last till when the store closes along with all the safe count, etc? What time do you actually clock out?

I just have a question and I know I'm going to get many different answers, lol. I had a very mean customer yesterday who obviously had come I their before realizing, oh hey, I can bitch about the coupons I didn't bother to clip because " I didn't know" and hey I'll just get what I want! I'm constantly being told one thing and the next time something different. Yes, if it is a small price change, I'll do it, a couple dollars, not a big deal. But if you've come in before claiming you didn't know that's how you get the sale, I'm not going to change it! Am I wrong?? Then what's the point of having coupons?! These idiots can't read or they " don't see" what the tag actually says. And then bitch because , we'll I'm Karen the c**t and I spend a lot of money here! I'm just so sick of the entitled customers.

Have stores been getting banner paper? Anybody have any to spare?

I just found 100 dollars on the floor and i feel like a dumbass for asking my SM what i should do with it because ofc they told me to put it in the safe. I should have just kept it but I don’t wanna risk my job over 100 dollars. Not in this job market. What’s gonna happen if nobody claims it? If Walgreens just takes it I’m going to be pissed. lol.
