Who is even designing these planograms??
Btw, the spot it's sticking out into doesn't even line up, it's intimate wellness with pushers on a completely different notch. Who's idea was this 😭

I was running and screaming the entire time. Getting dragged down by the frogs, fearing for my life as a ghost approaches, scrambling for Belltowers... 10/10 update, I had so much fun, but damn I was panicked the entire time LOL. Maybe tomorrow I'll even get to try the Citadel xD
Need this for the lip wing reset, we're short by quite a few. Thank you in advance!!
Saw this on my feed today. Thumbnail really took me off-guard as a fan of PPF and Ludwig, I'm like "damn is that Ludwig's icon?" Funniest possible response he could have had to Lud's comment.
I was so excited when I saw the news on W Connect about the blind bag event. I thought, "wow, Walgreens is actually doing something fun!" The idea of opening the bag, not knowing what you're going to get, and potentially trading with co-workers seems so whimsical and fun. Plus, the chance to get the rare W? I honestly thought it looked the best out of the pins, and I was really hoping I'd pull it!
Instead, I come in and find out that the store manager ripped open a bunch of bags until she found the W, kept it for herself, then put the pins in a bag and brought it back to pharmacy and said "pick whatever one you want." Where's the fun in that? Where's the whimsy? Where's the team spirit? I'm so genuinely disappointed about this. I've been having a rough month at work, and this just feels like rubbing more salt in an already festering wound. The one little spark of joy I was looking forward to snuffed out.
I just needed to vent about this. I don't think it's seriously enough to report or put in a complaint about, but damn, I really didn't need another reason to hate this place. But here we are. Anyone else have a similar experience with their blind bags at their store?
Sorted by play-time:
Last year, I moved in with the girl who I thought I would spend my life with. We had been dating for close to a year, and we had a ton in common. One of our favorite things to do together was play PowerWash Simulator, so of course we were both very excited when the second game came out.
We played through maybe 70% of the campaign together. Around that time, our relationship started to fail. I had moved across the state, without a car, leaving my old home behind to be with her, and in the end it didn’t work out. These things happen. But I ended up having to find an apartment and start living on my own. The first few months were rough.
All the while, PowerWash Simulator 2 was sitting there in my library as a constant reminder. I’m an achievement hunter, so there’s always that nagging feeling to complete a game. But this one carried emotional weight. I tried booting it up about a month after the breakup, and it felt empty. Like it was missing “her.” So I closed it for another couple months.
Recently, I’ve been in a much better spot. I wanted to close the loop on this game now that I had some mental closure on the relationship. So I jumped in. I’d play a little bit after work every day, slowly chipping away at the remaining levels. I was starting to reclaim this game and remember why I enjoyed it so much. Even solo, it was still relaxing. I’d throw on some music and just unwind.
Tonight, I finished the campaign. And... I forgot. I forgot this series runs a timelapse of the campaign when it rolls credits.
So there I was, face to face with proof of the campaign I shared with her. Watching every level play back and seeing our two little characters running around together. Remembering the funny moments we shared in each level. Remembering all the fond memories of playing this series together. And then seeing the exact moment where it became a solo playthrough.
And honestly, the song wasn’t helping. “Let It Flow.” Oh, I did. I genuinely haven’t cried that hard in a very long time.
But at the same time, it felt healing. Those tears meant that what happened was real. Those moments meant something. That chapter of my life had closed, and I was moving forward into the next one.
It sounds kind of corny, reading it back. Getting this emotional about a silly little game about spraying water on dirt. But I’m glad I powered through, rolled credits, and got to re-experience everything one final time.
Thank you, PowerWash Simulator 2, for giving me that opportunity.
I think I understand the core mechanic but correct me if I'm wrong here. I've always had an aversion to playing offline because I think once a long time ago I played offline and didn't get an achievement I very clearly got in-game. Might have been something unrelated, but it sat weird with me all these years.
So the way I understand it:
- Unlocking an achievement in a game triggers a flag "on" and keeps that state in your files.
- When you go back online, Steam quickly scans / resyncs and checks for any flags that weren't on previously, and gives you the achievements.
Is this accurate? Is there any risk of it *not* reading properly? I wouldn't mind playing more Steam games on the go on my Deck, but I'm an achievement hunter. I don't wanna risk not getting rewarded for my hard work.
Hey all. I played through the entire game as Leon on Disc 1 of Resident Evil 2 through Retroarch. I have a save file that's completed, with Claire's Scenario B in slot B. It wasn't until I finished the full game that I realized that playlists for multi-disc games were even a thing. I'm struggling to understand how I can get that save from the first disc, to the second disc, to continue the game, since my save is tied to Disc 1 specifically.
A couple things:
I tried following some guides and tutorials but tbh I'm not as tech-savvy as I used to be, so a simple, easy to follow list of steps would be super helpful 😭 Or at least if you can point me in the right direction. Thank you!
