Joining Cisco project at Tech Mahindra - good move for a Full Stack Dev?

I'm about to join the Cisco project at Tech Mahindra as a Full Stack Developer in Hyderabad location. I have 4.8 years of experience and the offer is 18 LPA.

I'm wondering if this is a good move. Can anyone shed some light on:

  1. The work culture and tech exposure?
  2. The WFH policy?
  3. The work-life balance?

Any valuable suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
