A message to all who are not proud of their tier 2 converts

First of all, a big congratulations to all my friends here who managed to get into their dream colleges, I'm genuinely happy for you! But this post is for those who feel like they missed out, they could have done better, or wake up to a new "what if I had done this or that better" ringing in their heads every day

I see so many people disappointed by their achievements here, and you know what, I don't blame you, I was a little disappointed too, however I just want you guys to know that you have still achieved something that's not easy, it is still progress and you have certainly levelled up, be proud of that

You worked hard, you did everything right and you got something, it might not have been the outcome you might have thought was best for you, but maybe life had different plans, maybe you'll end up someplace where you meet people who will make your life much better, maybe you'll come across an opportunity because you were at the right place at the right time, who knows, maybe it's just another step in your character development arc, but the important thing to know is that the game is not over

Anything that you think you might have achieved in some other institution you still can, you'll just have to work a little harder that's all. It'll be a different launchpad, but that doesn't mean you can't take a bigger leap than anyone you might think is better than you and compensate with consistent effort. The best students of a tier 2 can easily compete with an average student from a tier 1, and maybe if they work harder at their job, they can still compete with the best of the best

This is a long game guys, and we're barely at level 2 or 3, there's a long way to go. Don't be disappointed, be proud of what you guys have done, and I'm sure all of you can do wonders with the opportunities that you have

How is IIFT going to teach management when they can't even manage their own admissions team🤡

Isse zyada efficiency toh sbi walo ki hai, at least 2-3 lunch break ke baad kaam toh kar dete hain, yaha toh inki procrastination ne sabke record tod diye hain, result hi nahi de rahe bhaiiii

So I converted IIM Rohtak and I'm very happy about this convert, however I've been asking about the institute for the past 1 year, and I've not been getting positive reviews especially concerning the administration, behaviour of the faculty and admin towards the students and one of the alumni even went as far as to call the experience "traumatizing", not to mention the infamous cases concerning someone in senior management

Keeping all this in mind, would it take away from the overall MBA experience that is supposed to groom us for a corporate career? I just want to know what the alumni say about the institute, if you are an alum, or one shared some insights with you, please share!

P.S. I have converted IMT G core and bitsom, I know IIM Rohtak is better, but these reviews are concerning and I just want to get a clearer picture before the whole experience turns into an administrative nightmare

Your advice and inputs would be appreciated, thanks!🥹

Edit- Thank you so much for the insights guys! I would also request you guys to share your opinions on why you think bitsom or IMT G is better, it would help me make a better decision
