Best areas for a 1BHK 4k–8k AED budget?
Hi everyone,
I’ll be relocating to Abu Dhabi soon with my spouse for work, and my office will be at Addax Towers on Al Reem Island. We’re currently looking for a 1BHK apartment with a budget of around 4,000–8,000 AED/month.
Would really appreciate suggestions on :
•Good residential areas with reasonable commute to Addax Towers
•Buildings or communities you’d personally recommend
Areas that are comfortable for couples, safe, and have decent grocery/restaurants nearby
•Whether it’s better to stay directly on Al Reem Island or in nearby areas for better value
A few things we’d ideally like:
•Modern/clean apartment
•Good internet and maintenance
•Parking preferred
•Not overly noisy
•Access to supermarkets/gyms would be a plus
Would also appreciate any advice on:
•Typical utility costs
•Things to watch out for while renting
•Best apps/websites/agents for apartment hunting
