Please rate the apparently science backed routine that my gym gave me.

For context, Im a beginner, Male, 24yrs

I got braces 2 months back, while they're currently on my upper teeth, and there had been slight improvement. I am afraid that for my lower teeth extraction may be needed, I do not wish to get my teeth extracted. Could you please help me understand if extraction would really be needed or not. Thanks
