Is there hope for my teeth?

I was already born with a set of teeth smaller than average, but there were no problems until braces became fashionable. Good news for my crowded teeth and underbite. I was 14 back then I think. I put on metal braces for 2 years or more... And retainer as well. In my early twenties, I experimented with baking soda, strawberries and lemon in hopes of taking a shortcut to whiter teeth. I did it once. For a few minutes. Brushed and swished it in my mouth and my enamel was never the same after. Anyway, from there on I never stopped fixing the 4 front teeth with bonding. Sometimes if fell or got chipped over the last 9 years maybe. When I got them off to let my gums rest and to see if I can just live normally with real human teeth again, with no more dental interventipn, they didnt look so bad with some polishing and gum care. For a while atleast, it seemed the enamel has healed even slightly throught the years. But last year when a dentist miscomunicated to me that emax veneers will NOT require shaving, I got ecxited and wanted the bigger whiter teeth. To my dismay, "I am just preparing your teeth." actually ment shaving them. Long story short, the result was awful, the color was awful, the bacteria got trapped around the corners. No matter how much I flossed or brushed or gargled the infamous veneer stink lingered (only I could smell it but still). My jaws hurt. I stress-chewed sometimes and 3 out of eight veneers fell or cracked. Now I am 35, I removed the latest set of veneers and threw them in the trash. I don't want anything other than to save what is left of my teeth. Because even if they offer me actual pearls for teeth, they wouldn't compare at all to the real thing. My teeth, I just realized, are stronger than what all the dentists have told me. No sensitivity, bleeding or cavities. What can I do to improve them without dentures or bonding? Will gum contouring help? Is there a technology I don't know about that helps with reminerlization? How different will they look with short-term braces? Can a high quality diet of milk, eggs, bone broth for example help my teeth heal? I need an advice from dentists who are open to non-mainstream treatments and those who believe in the resilience of the human body, including teeth.

P.S: I live in the Middle East which is known for very good healthcare in general, but still not free of the disease of profit first, patient second.

Early decay or just staining?

Hello everyone!
I am kinda spiraling rn, I just noticed this spot while I was brushing my teeth. Is it decay or just staining? Had my last two cleanings in December and in April, been in braces since February. I brush and floss religiously three times a day, also use waterpik and interdental brushes at night with Mi Paste Plus that I leave overnight, and use xylimelts while sleeping. Unfortunately I’m cavity prone and I tend to sleep with my mouth open (and it’s been worse since we added elastics).
Had my last braces check up on the 26th of June and the ortho didn’t say anything about it or any other spot on my teeth. Should I ask for a checkup with my actual dentist? The last one I had was when I had a filling before getting braces (start of February).
I don’t smoke, I don’t snack outside of meals. Drink alcoholic beverages occasionally but stopped drinking anything else but water and matcha (which I drink daily, no sugar just erythritol added). I always swish with water and use xylitol mints after.
Thank you in advance!

Is it normal for the bottom gums to be that far down??

Am I brushing too hard or could it just because of the crowding in my mouth

Also I’m like 90% sure I have an impacted tooth.

Do I have gingivitis?

Recently I’ve been noticing my gums look more inflamed possibly because of my absence of flossing more. I started to lock in on my routine and brush my teeth twice a day ,and do salt water rinses and floss but every time I floss it gives my gums an ache. Should I schedule an appointment based off how my teeth look .?

Had a little divot on my tooth that has a filling. But the filling is healthy. They were able to smooth it down but it doesn’t really look better. Makes me so self conscious

Is this dry socket or normal healing?

This was so hard to get a picture of but I can try again if needed. I still have a lot of swelling which kind of worries me.

I had tooth extracted on Tuesday 6/30 at 3pm. This is 2.5 days after extraction. I’m worried that I this is a dry socket that is maybe filled with debris and is why I can’t fully tell. The swelling is still pretty prominent and noticeable where the dentist injected me with numbing. You can see the swollen bubble at the back of the tooth extraction hole on my gum line.

I just woke up from a little bit of throbbing but I wasn’t laying in an upright position, I fell asleep almost entirely laying flat. I did a saltwater rinse and brushed my teeth again and plan to take ibuprofen and go back to sleep elevated. I’m really hoping when I wake up in a few hours I see more signs of healing.

Small bump on gums above upper front tooth for 1 week no change in size. Should I be concerned?

22M. About a week ago I noticed a small bump/fullness on the gum above my upper left front tooth (near the gum line, not high up over the root). It doesn’t seem to have changed in size over the past week and I haven’t noticed any drainage or a white “head.”

I don’t drink or smoke. I brush twice a day and floss every night.

I do have a history of interproximal cavities and composite fillings on my premolars and molars, but I’ve never had a cavity, filling, or any previous issues with this front tooth.

The front tooth still responds normally to cold compared with the tooth next to it.
I’m attaching current photos.

Does this look like normal gum anatomy, a minor gum irritation, or something like a parulis/abscess?
Would you recommend just monitoring it or scheduling a dental exam and X-ray?

Edit: no pain, no pain to the touch, hard to the touch, no growth or shrinkage, no bad breath or bad taste, no visible cavity.

Hole in my tooth

I was brushing my teeth too hard and this happened, will my gums cover it back up eventually or will I have to see a dentist to get it fixed?

Tooth root from over 20 years ago found during a CBCT scan.

My friend recently had a CBCT scan for lower jaw for implant planning. Well, looks like during the CBCT scan they found a small bone of root in the lower jaw far at the back right side where she had a tooth extraction more than 20 years ago. Obviously, during over 20 years she had many other scans X-ray and CBCT, but for some reason this was not observed. She is telling me that the Dentist Doctor that did the scan is a Specialist Peridontist very experienced. She never had any pain nothing at all where is the small root, years ago she had a pain on the right side of the ear but that went away in a few days after taking ibuprophen. So, now she isn't completley 100% sure what to do, if to go for surgery to extract the small tooth bone that was left there. She is thinking to don't make things worst. She is going for another scan in few months time to see if there is any change regarding the jaw bone. Just in case if someone had or saw something similar will be apreciated to share some experience.

Bizarre dental issue..help!!

I got a mild toothache about a month ago, it wasn’t bad but it was enough that I scheduled an appointment with my dentist just to check things out. They did an Xray and said there’s no infection they can see, cavities or cracks. I do have some resorption going on but they said it’s not affecting my nerve but keep an eye on it. They sent me to an endodontist to see if I maybe needed a root canal. Endo guy did X-ray, 3D scan and sensitivity tests on me. X ray and scan came back clean, I was having some sensitivity during the testing though. He was unsure but we schedule the root canal. The day comes and he tests me again. My tooth is acting fine, so he cancels. A month later, my tooth is kinda acting up again, so I go back to the endo. He says everything looks the same and was unsure again. But we scheduled it and I canceled because I didn’t feel right about it.

I do clench in my sleep so I know that might be a factor. But anyways it’s been very manageable, a mild toothache at best 2/10 pain. I went and got a massage in my jaw muscles today..my neck, jaw, face. Everything was okay until about 10 mins after the massage I started getting the most intense electrical shocks in my molar. It’s tooth 19. It was horrible, but it only lasted about 10-15 mins and is now subsiding back to a toothache, maybe 4/10 pain. I don’t feel like it’s Bruxism, but maybe it is. I’m wondering if it’s something else or if I should just do the root canal?

Pain when chewing + dark spot on molar. Filling or root canal?

I’ve had pain only when chewing on one upper molar for a few months. I noticed a small dark notch/hole on the side of the tooth between two molars (photo attached). No swelling or severe spontaneous pain. Only pains when chewing.
Also it’s really sensitive when i drink something cold or hot.

Does this look like a cavity or a crack? Does it seem deep enough for a root canal, or is a filling more likely? Any opinions are appreciated.

Should I have my dentist smooth down this little divot? It’s not a cavity

I’m so frustrated right now. I went to the dentist yesterday concerned about this tooth that has a filling. It has the tiniest little chip in it but they told me the filling is healthy and no cavity. I hate how it looks, so they did put a sealant there but it didn’t stick. Fell off without a couple hours. What other options would I have? Or just leave it alone?
My dentist said she can just smooth it down or leave it be.
