Hi everyone! I’m 22 years old and today I went to the dentist for the first time in about 6 years. I’ve been brushing and flossing the past year or two, but before that I didn’t take great care of my teeth. It turns out I have 11 cavities that all need fillings. I feel so ashamed and I wonder if it would be more cost effective to have those teeth pulled? They don’t need root canals, but with so many cavities I wonder if pulling the teeth would be best.

Progress!

I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made with my hair over the last 2 years! I stopped using any heat and it made such a difference
My routine:

  1. Maui moisture coconut shampoo and conditioner ( I frequently switch my shampoo and conditioner but this is what I’m using currently)
  2. Lush super milk leave in
  3. Maui moisture coconut curl cream
  4. Sun bum air dry cream
  5. Air dry

Wavy or curly?

Would my hair be considered wavy or curly?
My routine:

21 years old, haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years

Hi everyone! I’m 21 years old and I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. I know I need to go but I’m pretty nervous about what they’ll have to tell me. I brush my teeth regularly but I don’t always floss. I know I have some tartar on my lower front teeth on the inside. I’m also not a smoker. I’m really nervous that they’ll recommend thousands of dollars worth of work, or just shame me.

Is anyone else feeling worried about the final tommorow? I feel like I’ve been studying so much and the last two topics just don’t make sense, just looking to see if anyone else is in the same boat right now
