If AI can automate most of our work, what actually makes someone valuable now?

I've been thinking about this lately. AI can already write emails, summarize meetings, analyze data, create presentations, write code, do research, and handle a lot of the work that used to take us hours..

And obviously it’s not replacing every job tomorrow, but it does make me wonder what actually separates people when everyone has access to the same tools. If two people can both use AI to produce decent work, what makes one person significantly more valuable than the other?

My guess is it becomes less about how fast you can produce something and more about judgment, communication, creativity, knowing which problems are actually worth solving, and being someone other people trust.

But I’m curious what everyone else thinks. What skills or qualities do you think will actually make someone stand out in the AI era? Especially interested in hearing from people who are already seeing AI change how their industry works.
