Canon 50mm f1.2 ltm: is this balm separation or condensation?

Hi everyone, today my last gamble arrived, a canon VI-T + 50mm 1.2 in an unknown state. The lens looks like it has a lot of tiny drops in one of the internal elements I imagine that it is balm separation but I never saw one like these.

I am used to finding the milky marks on the element perimeter, but never drops inside.

Any suggestions, I have a return window and I pay "only" 320€ for the kit. I don't know if reparation could be possible/worth.
