WHV 462 (Switzerland) — did it actually open or is the system just broken?
I see “Closed” on the official page, but some people say they managed to reach payment or even submit applications today. Is this a real opening, a rollout, or just server overload/bug? Anyone who successfully lodged today, what exact time (AEST) did it work for you?
