Moved into house with Hive
Hello All
I am being driven to my wits end with this system. Moved into a house with hive. The boiler was off and the hub unplugged
Hive does not light up at all when plugged in
If I turn the boiler on all the radiators kick in regardless of what thermostats say
Hive on the phone said to reset the override controllers and the hub thermostats which now won’t connect and hung up on me.
Manual buttons on the override boxes near boiler do nothing
Boiler is an Ideal Logic Heat 12
The immersion heater isn’t working (separate issue) so I have the option of no heating and hot water or full heating and hot water but it’s currently 32 degrees Celsius
Has anyone got any ideas how I can sort this out?
