Hearing device recommendations for healthcare workers using stethoscopes?

I work in the emergency department, and my mild-to-moderate hearing decline is becoming a serious source of anxiety. Between the blaring monitors, overhead pages, and general chaos, I am terrified of mishearing critical verbal medication orders.

My primary dilemma is compatibility with my medical equipment. If I get the typical over-the-ear (RIC) devices, I won't be able to insert traditional stethoscope earpieces. I know digital Bluetooth stethoscopes are an option now, but which hearing aid brands actually connect to them instantly without frustrating lag or dropping the signal?

Alternatively, are there any deep-fitting in-ear (ITC) styles that leave enough room in the canal for a standard stethoscope to seal properly? I absolutely cannot afford to drop thousands of dollars on a setup that slows me down during a critical patient assessment. What is the current go-to setup for medical professionals dealing with this?

We're planning to build a deck in our

backyard this spring and we're torn between composite and wood. Our yard is pretty exposed so it gets a lot of sun and rain. Also trying to find a contractor in Chicago who can actually start the job before summer. Anyone have a good experience with a deck builder recently?

I'm hitting 15-20 orders a day now, and while the revenue looks great on the dashboard, I'm still doing everything exactly the way I did when I had 1 order a day. I'm manually checking the tracking numbers, responding to every DM personally and as well trying to curate social media posts at 11 PM when I can barely keep my eyes open.l realized today that I haven't posted an update on our instagram for quite a while same with facebook, looks likes it has been abandoned.

every piece of advice I read says something different and none of it accounts for the fact that I have like 45 other things happening at any given moment Like:

  1. post 3x a day on TikTok

  2. post daily on Instagram

  3. batch your content on sundays

I'm not being difficult, I genuinely want to stay consistent because I know it matters for visibility. I just need to know what the actual floor is like what's the minimum I can post and still have a meaningful presence vs basically being invisible @C4PTAIN

We've been thinking about adding a custom iron gate to our driveway for security and curb appeal. We're in the northwest side of Chicago. I've seen some nice ones around the neighborhood but I'm not sure what the price range looks like or if it's even worth it compared to a standard chain link setup. Would love to hear from anyone who's had one installed."
