Rural EMR questions

Hi everybody I am planning to get my EMR/Class4 license to work rural/remote EMR and I have a couple questions.

So currently I am in undergrad out of province and I was wondering about the feasibility of working as an EMR during undergrad. I am wondering how the education leave works. By the time that I am fully certified I would only have one last semester of school left. Would I be able to work EMR from May-December, then take education leave to finish my last semester and come back the following May?

I also might be able to get certified a year earlier depending on scheduling. In that case I would have 3 semesters of school left, would BCEHS allow me to work one summer May to Aug (2027),then take education leave until the following May-Dec(2028). then finish my undergraduate to return the following summer (2029)?

Given that I work rural/remote EMR as a casual would I generally be able to get enough shifts for full time, and would I have overtime opportunities aswell?

If I go through with this how would accommodation work? I am planning to commute from Vancouver. From my understanding UC’s would generally shift commuting EMRs with multiple shifts back to back. Is that correct? And between back to back shifts would I be able to stay at the station. Also how would the on call shifts work accommodation wise.

What are the best rural/remote EMR stations for high call volume, and closest commute from Vancouver?

Thanks everybody so much for your help, this is a career that I am really interested in and would love to be able to work and gain experience/seniority while I wrap up my undergraduate degree.
