Hi guys, my girlfriend has just phoned me in a panic. She’s logged into the app just now and seen that out of nowhere they’ve added 12 grand of debt to her account? Multiple balances where they’ve put -3000 in various months of the year that weren’t there 2 weeks ago when I last did the meter readings for her. Has anyone ever experienced this? Customer services are now closed til Monday. Any advice for how I can proceed with it?
