A project almost 15 years in the making.

It was finally time to bring Regular Tea into the world.

Built on the same Imperial Cream Ale base as Regular Coffee, Regular Tea pivots toward another of Augie’s favorite morning rituals (when he’s not on a bike): a proper cup of Earl Grey tea.

We landed on Earl Grey for its distinctive citrus aroma and flavor—a natural complement to the creamy, slightly sweet body of the Regular Coffee base beer. Familiar, comforting, and here for summer

New England IPA | 5% ABV | $16 | 4pk

There's a version of this beer that's louder. We didn't make that one.

Mode is a 5% modern NEIPA built the way we cook — with intention, not volume. Every hop has a job. Mosaic sets the foundation: mixed berry, citrus peel, just enough dank to give it backbone. Nectaron opens the room — peach, pineapple, ripe tropical fruit coming in warm. Galaxy pushes through with passionfruit and a little wild energy that keeps you honest. Krush closes it out, soft stone fruit and citrus candy rounding the edges without losing the brightness.

Mosaic Cryo concentrates the aromatics the way a reduction concentrates a sauce. More fruit. Less noise. A cleaner read all the way through.

Conan yeast. Hazy, plush, composed. A nose that keeps shifting as it warms — which means you should slow down and pay attention.
