Planning to start my food cart!
Hey everyone! Looking for some genuine suggestions/advice from Noida folks!
I’m planning to start a food cart in Noida, preferably around Sector 99 (location not finalised yet). The cart setup is almost ready, name has already been decided. Now coming to the menu, it broadly includes
- Loaded burgers / Subs
- Salads
- Momos
- Chaap
- Maggie
- Rolls
- Kebabs
Before I finalise things, I wanted honest feedback from people who actually live/work around Noida:
- Which locations/sectors work best for food carts right now?
- What kind of food do people in Noida actually crave late evenings/nights?
- Any suggestions for menu items that are currently missing in Noida street food?
- What kind of social media outreach works best locally? (Instagram reels, Zomato, influencers, societies, etc.)
- Any mistakes you’ve seen food carts make that I should avoid?
Target audience is mostly students, office crowd, and evening snack/junk-food lovers.
