How often should I do Pilates as a beginner?
For more information, I’m an 18 F. I’m 5’4 and around 130-140 lbs. How many times a week should I do pilates. I do a 40 minute at home routine.

Sprain pain won’t go away?
I recently sprained my toe when I was wearing slightly platformed heels. My toe went over the strap and bent over completely. I didn’t feel much pain at first for the rest of the day but the next day I noticed it hurt bad to walk. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and still hurts to walk. Should I see a doctor or keep waiting?

Pain after first day?
I just had my first day of Pilates last night and my stomach/abs/pelvis are killing me. Is this normal(I’m sure it is) and how long does this usually last? Should I continue Pilates or wait until the pain settles?

Can rats be clingy?
My rat always licks me and when I take my fingers out of his cage he will snuff at me until I bring them back like a little child. Every time I’m near the cage he will get as close as possible and snuff at me😭
(I do not neglect my rat, I spend hours with him everyday!)
