Computer freezing/restarting issues
Please note I've never had a computer outside of this one for anything more strenuous than school papers.
new to building and working on a pre-built ive had for 3 years that needs to last me until the end of the year at least before I slap in all the upgraded parts my friend recommended.
Sits on the floor.
Case side has been off for about 2-3 months.
Never been deep cleaned or physically reset any of the components.
started to freeze/crash/restart when playing R6 (mainly the only game I ever play).
friend redownloaded my drivers (NVIDIA GEForce 3060 windows 10 64-bit/11 option) and it worked fine after that for about 3 months.
Computer started to do the same shit again with the crashining/freezing/restarting.
putting an AC pointed towards it worked for about a week.
all components have been plugged into an extension cord for the last year and some change with no issues.
what are some things i should do besides clean, elevate, plug directly into socket and redo the thermal paste?
