Weird draft it feels like this year. Who would you target at 8 then again on the flip?

I’ve noticed some people in my league love picks, while I’d almost always rather have the proven player. So when I know a guy values picks, I make sure that’s what I offer him.

Ignoring rankings and trade calculators, how do you value an early 2027 first, a 2028 first, a 2029 first, etc. compared to actual players?

I’d give up a ton of picks for Gibbs or Bijan. My thinking is, can this player help me make a run for the next three years? If yes, I’ll do it. In three years I’ll have all my picks again anyway, and Gibbs or Bijan would still only be around 27 and still elite.

I am looking for somebody to design some tumblers for me. (Yeti type water bottles)

I have a full logo package with main and submark logos, I also have a brand design guide to walk any designer through my brand. I mainly need someone with a good eye for layout, graphics, patterns, branding placement, etc.

I am not exactly sure as to what design I am looking for, this is what my brand guide is for. It allows you to obtain a feel for my brand and let your own creativity run with what you gather.

I will not pay upfront before seeing actual design work. Posts like this usually get flooded with replies, so I can’t realistically choose someone blindly off portfolios and messages alone.
